Entry fee includes:

race bib (returnable after race), identification sticker and race handbook
race pack containing: apparel and sponsor product
use of electronic timing chip (returnable after race)
post event (all you can eat) meal
post event massage. Individual competitors will be given priority over team competitors if waiting for a massage and there will be a 15 minute time limit on massages
finisher medal for individuals

Prizes

A major spot prize of an AVANTI RIDGE RIDER mountain bike will be drawn and presented during the presentations
Individual Open Male and Female champions will receive $500 cash plus prizes.
A cash prize of $150 will be awarded to the fastest male and female for each leg of the race

Entries received or postmarked after 19/9/2008 will be accepted on payment of a $15 surcharge

Course Familiarisation Weekend

Plan to visit the Upper Murray on or during the 16th & 17th of August 2008 to check your training and enhance your performance and enjoyment at this year's Snowy Hydro Upper Murray Challenge.

Experienced locals will show you over the course and will be available to provide paddling tips for those that just aren't quite sure about their capabilities.

Actual activities and timing of them will be tailored to suit those attending. As a guide, previously we have ridden & paddled on Saturday and run on Sunday morning.

Pre-event Dinner (Friday 3rd Oct)

The Khancoban Country Club is hosting a pre-event dinner for all competitor's and supporters between 6 and 8pm on Friday 3rd October (immediately after a Registration session from 5 to 6 pm). Avoid the take-away's, kick your feet up after the long drive and enjoy a healthy feed with fellow competitor's. Bookings are essential.

Event T-shirts

The only way to guarantee yourself a souvenir event T-shirt is to pre-order it with your entry. Orders can only be taken up to 12/9/08. Cost $10.
